A Key Account Manager (KAM) serves as the bridge between clients and software developers, ensuring smooth communication and project delivery. This role involves understanding client needs, crafting detailed project plans, and monitoring the development process. The KAM tests tasks for quality assurance, keeps clients updated on progress, and schedules regular interactions to foster positive client relationships. Essential skills include excellent time management, clear communication, keen attention to detail, and familiarity with Agile/Scrum practices. A successful KAM is proactive, tech-savvy, adept at multitasking, and has experience in project management and systems integration. With a warm personality, the ability to work autonomously, and a grounding in agile methodologies, this role further demands proficiency in client interactions, meeting coordination, minute-taking, and user-acceptance testing.
Main Responsibilities:
- Listening to and understanding client requirements.
- Creating detailed project plans for the software developers.
- Monitoring project progress and following up with developers.
- Testing completed tasks to ensure quality standards are met.
- Reporting progress and updates back to the client.
- Scheduling and conducting client meetings to maintain a positive relationship.

Salary Range
